Ronnie Fieg presents yet another collaboration with ASICS on his personal favorite, GEL-LYTE III. The over-arching theme through most of his releases as of late has been the use of bold tonal colors in relatively unseen colors. No word yet on a release date.

2012 New Balance 574 Summer Preview

Nonnative by Gramicci Capsule Collection
I first showed you the nonnative by Gramicci capsule collection back in April and now some new releases from the line have dropped. Known for their outdoorsy, technical creations, nonnative by Gramicci has crafted a set of shorts in navy, black and a slew of khakis for when the weather gets too hot for fans of the brand to rock their chino pants. Complete with an elastic waist and branded pockets, the shorts are part of TNP’s 10th anniversary celebration which also includes collaborations with hobo and their retailer, vendor.

Buttero Leather Bracelet
Italian boot manufacturer Buttero extends its reach beyond just footwear into a line of accessories, fashioning this simplistic bracelet. The woven style features a hook and loop closure with two colors including black and an untanned natural. The bracelet is available now at BEAMS.
Ludwig Van and Quintin Co. “Selvedge X Project”
A new collaborative project between Los Angeles-based labels Ludwig Van and Quintin Co. has made good use of decades-old selvedge denim material sourced from Burlington Mills. Dubbed the “Selvedge X Project,” the brands have produced this limited edition 6-panel cap featuring selvedge denim, a leather embossed patch, an interior stash pocket and a signature Mike Ardelean embroidery on the side. The cap is currently available for purchase through select stockists including PROPER in Long Beach, CA and online through Ludwig Van, Quintin and Digital Gravel.

Construction Pack.....
Marc by Marc Jacobs adds a major pop of color to its accessory collection for Fall/Winter 2011 with this neon orange backpack. Appearing to have taken some influence from a construction site, the bag contains black buckle closures with several metallic reflective strips on the body. Featuring one large compartment with multiple smaller pockets and minimal branding, the backpack will be available for purchase soon through Marc by Marc Jacobs stores.
2011 Swims Summer Collection
For those living in rainy climates, Swims has gone about creating a line of footwear that doesn’t forego refinement and aesthetics for functionality. The line of footwear is comprised of high-density nylon treated with 3M Scotch Guard. A further “hydro guard” has been added for added impermeability. Two new styles include a wingtip as well as a moctoe chukka boot.

2011 DQM Summer Lookbook
Downtown Manhattan-based DQM is back at it again with a new lookbook for summer. Shot around local hangouts near the store, the photos presented here display a solid offering of new products from DQM. Perhaps hesitant to deviate from their successful formula of graphic-printed tees, snapback caps and button-downs, the Summer 2011 collection consists of a wide array of designs both with and without the DQM logo.
