Patta / KangaRoos / PxK Hiking Collection
Dutch boutique Patta recently lent their creative touch to a pair of kicks by once prominent footwear brand KangaRoos. The PxK Hiking Collection, as it has been named, takes the form of a hybrid between two archived KangaRoos models – incorporating CORDURA® nylon and premium leather in three different colorways. Contrasting eyelets and small rubber PxK tabs accent the boot. Each pair comes with the added bonus of a double branded Victorinox Swiss Army Pocket Knife. The release date for this collaboration is November 5 at Patta for $181 USD.

Twelve Bar Cerrone Indigo Vintage / Newman Old School Selvage Denim
Twelve Bar come in the form of this new small yet concentrated jean collection. Dubbed the Cerrone Indigo Vintage and Newman Old School, the 12oz selvage denim seen on both models is hand-washed in California and features trademark Twelve Bar details such as the “It’s All Love” tagline on the rivets, “Heart” logo embroidery in the outline on the back left pocket and checkerboard pockets. The denim comes with distinctive details and different cuts as the slim-fit Cerrone Indigo Vintage features careful fading and distressing, while the classic fitted Newman Old School features significant abrasions, wear and tear, and leather black Twelve Bar Co patch on the back right waistline.

Duvetica come on board and offer one of their signature offerings with a down vest. One of the more subtle recreations from the incoming collaborator, a light tan body is contrasted by a bright red tartan.

The Casio G-Shock Bluetooth GB-6900 makes its official debut. The watch’s Bluetooth capabilities will enable users to manage basic phone functions such as notifications for incoming emails and SMS as well as automatic timezone detection. A release alongside several colors is set for December.

Act of Valor Trailer
Add the upcoming movie Act of Valor to the list as it follows a true story involving a team of Navy SEALs on a rescue mission to retrieve a kidnapped CIA agent. The ultra realism of contemporary warfare is a strong note for the movie as authentic tactics and modern weapons are exercised by real NAVY SEALs in a movie that was originally conceived as a training video. A release is set for February 17, 2012 in the United States.
Canibeat: 2011 First Class Fitment
What a fun weekend... Everyone came out to support Canibeat's 2nd annual FCF show in Princeton NJ. The working airport where the show was held was really unique and gave the show a cool atmosphere with all the planes / helicopter that were around. I showed with my good friends over at D2forged Wheels and my Xclusiv Alliance brothers. It was good seeing everyone and great job to the Canibeat's guys for putting on an amazing show.
