Pawel Nolbert takes various styles of popular sneakers from traditional sportswear makers and fashion labels and cubes them up keeping their distinct characteristics intact. For the latest issue of Sneaker Freaker magazine, the designer took the Nike Air Yeezy 2 and compacted it into a neat little cube fof the publication’s cover. 2013 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG

New photos have emerged which show off the the newly redesigned twin-turbocharged V-8 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG. Featuring 544 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque, the power is sent through the AMG Speedshift Plus 7G Tronic automatic transmission and a permanent all-wheel drive system with front, center and rear locking differentials. Aesthetic changes come in the form of a newly designed grill with chrome accents over black mesh that helps cool the inner workings of the V-8. The bumper has also been completely reimagined – thicker and more aggressive looking, while the G63 utilizes the same LED running lights as the 2013 G550. While initial pricing hasn’t been made available, if past price points hold true then the G63 AMG will cost upwards of $125,000 USD.

Today I came across a great new glass smart phone and tablet concept by Andrew Solesbury. If the future looks like this, we are definitely already excited.

“The Glass Smart Phone/Tablet is a concept for the future smart phone; edge to edge, and totally transparent.
It has front and rear facing 3D cameras for tracking motion of both the scenery and the user. Together they can create fully tracked augmented reality, and couple with a 3D screen that needs no glasses, everything will look as if it is actually there.

The screen is also totally transparent. All the electronics are held in the tiny multifunctional on/off button, thanks to advances in microscopic electronic components.”

Rolex California Dial Submariner

A stunning new military-style watch, road tested on tour in Afghanistan, has just been released for Spring 2012. Utilizing Bamford Watch Department’s unique PVD coating process and featuring a modern twist on an historic design, the California Dial Submariner is an exciting addition to the Bamford range. The California Dial was originally designed for Allied forces during World War II and features a mix of roman numerals and Arabic numbers meant to act as a “geographic shield” for troops who might be captured by the enemy. The mixture of styles gave the captive a degree of anonymity, as a purely Arabic style was considered likely to indicate the wearer to be from the United States where the style was more prominent. Whilst most of the original Rolex California dials were installed into Bubblebacks, BWD have updated this style by using the latest Submariner non date (14060M). The BWD California editions are housed in a shockproof/waterproof customized OtterBox and come complete with Nato strap and bracelet tool. Each watch is presented in a limited edition of 41 pieces and retails for approximately $15,896 USD.

Iv been waiting for this to come out. Facebook is cool but I can go without all the stories and comments Blah Blah Blah. I’m all about the pictures... You know a picture is worth a 1000 words. Well I’m a firm believer in that.

The popular photo-sharing app Instagram has finally made its debut on Google’s Android operating system. The app will work with Android devices running the 2.2 operating system or higher. It also offers support for front and rear cameras as well as instant sharing to Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare and other social services. According to Instagram’s blog post that shared the news, more than 30 million people use the app on Apple’s iOS mobile platform. Instagram can be downloaded for free here.
