Like the UK Passport edition does, the latest US Passport edition is simulating both colorway and texture of its cover in a tonal obsidian nubuck made upper and accented by beige outline over the Swoosh.

Lake Lugano House, Switzerland

The residence and office, designed by Milan-based architect Jacopo Mascheroni of JM Architecture for a financial consultant and her family, consists of two sections: a rounded glass pavilion and a reinforced concrete structure that is partially inserted into the mountain. The 3,700 square-foot glass house forms the most visible part of the residence and resembles a viewing pavilion of a major sightseeing attraction. It is an open-concept living space, with a white-walled central section that contains the kitchen, bathroom, stairway, storage and mechanical room.

Louis Vuitton Private Island

Louis Vuitton made big moves in both the fashion and real estate world when they announced Maison, a luxury store operating on a private island. Located in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, and designed by famed architect, Peter Marino, Maison boasts both his and hers collections, jewelery and a truly unique bookstore. This marks the 12th Maison in the wold, and the first in Southeast Asia. Take to the sky in the video to get a birds eye view of the sheer decadence.

Had to cop these to, I think I have issues. Inspired by the iconic Skytop silhouette, a true all-weather boot built on a rugged lug outsole for extra durability. Removable EVA heel pod with AIR pocket provides extra protection from abrupt impacts. Rubber bottom is broken up ergonomically for superior flexibility and unmatched board feel. Maiden Noir: Fall/Winter 2011 Collection

This collection is right up my alley for this winter. As usual they keep it clean and subtle, presenting a great range of staple pants, sweaters, hoodies, shirts, outerwear and more. The accessories range is also looking really nice this season, featuring beanies, caps, leather gloves and for the first time Maiden Noir footwear. For now the footwear seems to consist of a mid top Chukka Boot and a low top Moccasin. Both feature Vibram outer soles and have been produced in Japan. Along with the collection, these are now available in each three colorways, in the Maiden Noir online store.
