Made with a thin canvas upper, the shoe offers flexibility and a rugged design. The matching tongue and laces come in all black while the shoe sits atop an off-white rubber sole. 1972 Bottom Feeder

This isn't your typical Get Familiar post but this truck is just cool. The truck is based on a 1972 GMC Pickup that is powered by a 6.5 liter big block with an automatic gearbox. The main attraction is of course the air-ride system that leads to some interesting sparks coming off the bumper.

3D Art by Shaka

French artist known as Shaka creates amazing three-dimensional paintings. He sculpts the shapes of familiar objects directly on the canvas and covers them with layers of paint to create the desired 3D effect.

These two designs with a thorough breakdown of the collaboration available over at Crooked Tongues.

Lacoste: Limited Edition Cashmere Polo Series

A hybrid Lacoste polo is making its way, exclusively, to Lacoste Champs-Elysees and Lacoste 5th avenue’s shelves. The limited edition polo shirts are a mix of a cashmere and traditional pique stitch. They will have all the trappings of a traditional polo, including mother-of-pearl buttons, and are limited to 1,200 copies. In other words, this is the ostentatious piece for a conservative at heart. They come in six color ways, 100 of each shade. Available in long sleeve for men and short sleeve for women, these will run you around €400 EUR (approximately $559 USD). Each polo comes with a slick monochromatic case as a bonus.

Aston Martin / Mobiado "The Grand 350"

Luxury automotive maker Aston Martin has teamed up with Mobiado to create a one-of-a-kind mobile phone. Dubbed “The Grand 350,” the gadget is finely crafted to say the least. From the CNC-machined aluminum case to the 2.36-inch 271-carat sapphire crystal screen (capable of displaying 16 million colors), stainless steel keys, quad-band antenna, Bluetooth, micro USB connector and GPS capabilities, this high-tech beauty truly is the supercar of cellphones. Although no price has been released for The Grand 350 yet, prospective customers can expect to pony up a sizable amount for the device. News on whether James Bond will be chatting on it in the next installation of the franchise has also yet to be announced.

Ronnie Fieg enlists the modeling expertise of Jen Yeager for this latest addition to the designer’s stable of collaborations. Utilizing the ever popular Gel Lyte III silhouette, the popular New Yorker develops a version highlighted by a mostly rich leather upper with grey suede toes and blue accents. A release hasn’t been set but stay tuned.

Not as well known from the brand are the return of the beloved and comfortable sweat shorts as well as branded breathable jerseys.

Sony: HMZ-T1 3D Home Theater

First previewed during CES earlier this year, Sony presents their new HMZ-T1 headset, which features a a display for watching movies and playing games in 3D. Not only does the device feature two OLED screens, but also digital surround sound. Each screen comes with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, which is reportedly like looking at a 750 inch (62.5 feet) screen from about sixty feet away. Wow!

The headset will make its debut on the Japanese market, November 2011 and will go for about 800 USD.
