Black Pearl Complete brought out this Toyota Celsior and it was a complete show stopper. Crazy two tone paint (matte bottom, gloss top), lot’s of ICE and custom work on the fenders & interior are just some of the things that make this Celsior incredible! Again, this is why we love Japan!
